Members of the Bastrop County Republican Party’s Executive Committee (BCRP EC) met Saturday afternoon July 16th, 2022 to hold their Organizational Meeting and the Swearing in Ceremony for County Chair and Precinct Chairs. Officiating the ceremony was Bastrop County Clerk Krista Bartsch. Following the opening formalities, the Executive Committee conducted official party business by approving the Rules and Bylaws for the 2022-2024 term, appointed Committee Chairs, discussed key fundraisers, other county wide and local events to engage the community, and the importance of presenting a positive public image through increased community involvement. More details will be available soon on our website including an announcement for our 5th Annual Boots and Barbecue Fundraiser, which is scheduled for September 24th, 2022.
